     We try to answer all calls or txt immediately, but sometimes we are up to our elbows in puppets, so please leave a message that includes your phone number. We'll get back to you within 24 hours or on the next business day.

What are your hours?
     Normal business hours are as follows, but will also communicate with you via email after hours, Saturday or Holidays.
     Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm Central Closed Friday-Sunday

Where are you located? 

We are in Texas. We do not have a retail location.  All sales are online or sometimes we exhibit at conferences.
